Gabriel Emery graduated from Swansea University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost). He works in Pontypridd as well as in Cardiff.

Gabriel follows a structural approach to the treatment he provides and works with patients of a variety of ages to improve their mobility and reduce their pain. Megan graduated from Swansea University with a Masters degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost). She has been an Osteopath in Bridgend and LLanelli before coming to Cardiff. Her journey into Osteopathy began through personal experiences with sports-related injuries. Megan uses a broad approach to treatment including manipulation, massage, lifestyle advice, pain education and exercise prescription to deliver a person centered approach, helping you to thrive. Megan is a Welsh language speaker.

Megan says “As someone who has actively participated in various sports ranging from dance to weightlifting I have first-hand knowledge of the physical challenges we face and the importance of injury prevention and pain management. Lauren Blake graduated from Swansea University with a Masters degree in Osteopathy.

Lauren has always had an interest in Osteopathy from a young age, after being treated by an Osteopath from previous sports injuries.

Working in England for a year she undertook a lot of additional training and completed extra courses to further her learning, including training in radiography.

Lauren is a keen runner and swimmer and has competed for Wales in surf lifesaving and has gained eight Welsh caps. She has also competed in the Commonwealth Games in Australia for lifesaving. She regularly trains for various competitions and so has a passion for treating running related problems, completing her dissertation on the treatment approaches for plantar fasciitis. Lauren has a great passion for her job, as she not only loves helping people get out of pain but improving their overall quality of life and wellbeing.
